FISH ROE SALAD

Ingredients: 1kg of fish roe (The locals call it fish eggs)
2 large onions
2 large tomatoes
Lemon juice
Chillies
Salt and pepper
Frying oil

Method:
Boil the fish roe, making sure it's thoroughly cooked. Once cooked, discard the water and cut into small slices.
Heat up the oil, making sure it's very hot and gently fry the now sliced fish roe. You should fry for only about 2 minutes as you don't want it to be too dry.

Slice the onions and chop the tomatoes.
Heat up the oil, making sure it's very hot and gently fry the now sliced fish roe. You should fry for only about 2 minutes as you don't want it to be too dry.
Stir fry all together for another 5 minutes. 
Serve with rice and lentils.
