THE GREEN PAPAYA CHUTNEY

Ingredients
Green papaya1 large onion1 lemonOlive oilFresh chilliSaltPepper
Method
Grate one green papaya, similar to grating carrots.
Soak the grated papaya in hot water for a couple of minutes before squeezing on the water. Slice the onion thinly.
In a pan, heat the oil until sizzling hot.
Add the papaya and onion and stir fry for a couple minutes.
Add the papaya and onions and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
Squeeze the lemon juice and add the chilli.
Give it a final stir and it's ready to be served as a side dish.
